Anti-Mast cell Function-associated Antigen (MAFA) monoclonal antibody (No. M7-320)

5422
Summary

320 - Monoclonal antibody G63 Description: Monoclonal antibodies to MAFA (Mast cell Function-associated Antigen), originally raised against intact rat RBL-2H3 cells. MAFA is a type II membrane glycoprotein, which was shown to inhibit the secretory response to the type. Binding of G63 antibody to MAFA was shown to enhance this inhibition by enhanced MAFA clustering.
