Yeda Research and Development

Elik Chapnik holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics from the Weizmann Institute of Science. Previous to his role Prior to joining Yeda, he served as Director of Early Development at Quark Pharmaceuticals, a clinical-stage siRNA therapeutics company, where he led the translation of early-stage assets into the clinic. Before that, Elik spent five years at Teva Pharmaceuticals Global R&D in roles of increasing responsibility within clinical development, personalized medicine, and translational medicine, overseeing the development of multiple therapeutic candidates.
